Refund policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through Ausoq (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect as defined below.


Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

A refund or replacement may be approved only if one of the following applies:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item received is defective

  • The item received is materially different from what was ordered

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the item

  • Photos of the original packaging

  • Your order number

Requests submitted without sufficient evidence or outside this timeframe will not be approved.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or variant selected by the customer

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to lighting, screens, or manufacturing tolerances

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events

  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer


Returns (If Approved)

If a return is exceptionally approved:

  • We will provide return instructions (returns sent without approval will not be accepted)

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued at our sole discretion

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing times may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, customers agree to contact Ausoq at info@ausoq.com to allow us to resolve the issue.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Account restrictions

  • Order cancellation

  • Permanent refusal of future service

We maintain delivery confirmation, tracking data, and communication logs for dispute resolution.


Consumer Rights Notice

This policy does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, or Canada.
However, where the law allows, Ausoq limits remedies to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Ausoq reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
